卷烟包灰性能影响因素研究现状分析

摘要
卷烟包灰是指消费者在抽吸卷烟时视觉所感知到的烟支燃烧灰分状态.包灰性能严重影响消费者的消费体验.卷烟包灰性能的评价主要采用图像法,并形成了以灰色值、缩灰率、裂口率、碳线整齐度、碳线宽度等指标作为评价卷烟包灰性能的方法标准.从卷烟纸物理特性参数和烟丝相关特征参数对卷烟包灰性能的影响进行了梳理和总结,旨在为卷烟包灰性能的改善提供理论依据.
Abstract
Cigarette ash refers to the state of cigarette burning ash perceived by consumers when smoking cigarette.The performance of cigarette ash seriously affects the consumption experience of consumers.At present,the evaluation of cigarette ash performance mainly applies the image method,and forms the main evaluation indexes such as gray value,ash shrink rate,ash crack rate,burning line uniformity,burning line width and so on.This paper hackles and summarizes the effects for the cigarette ash from the physical performance parameters of cigarette paper and the related parameters off the cut tobacco.Aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of cigarette ash performance.
