枇杷花抗氧化活性物质的提取工艺研究

为了提高枇杷花的综合利用价值,以 NO 生成抑制率为指标,对枇杷花中的抗氧化活性进行了提取。通过对提取溶剂、温度、时间和固液比单因素的实验,在此基础上对提取温度、时间和固液比进行了正交试验,得到活性物质提取的较佳条件是:提取温度 50℃,时间 60 min,固液比 1∶30(g∶mL),辅助超声。在最佳条件下,NO生成抑制率为69。87%,所得提取物的抗氧化活性最佳。
Study on the Extraction Process of Antioxidant Active Substances from Loquat Flowers
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of loquat flowers,this article used the inhibition rate of NO generation as an in-dicator to extract and study the antioxidant activity in loquat flowers.Through experiments on single factors such as extraction solvent,tempera-ture,time,and solid-liquid ratio,orthogonal experiments were conducted on the extraction temperature,time,and solid-liquid ratio.The opti-mal conditions for extracting active substances were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 50℃,time 60 minutes,The solid-liquid ratio is 1∶30(g∶mL),assisted by ultrasound,and the inhibition rate of NO generation is 69.87%.The obtained extract has the best antioxidant activity.
