摘要

为了提高枇杷花的综合利用价值,以 NO 生成抑制率为指标,对枇杷花中的抗氧化活性进行了提取.通过对提取溶剂、温度、时间和固液比单因素的实验,在此基础上对提取温度、时间和固液比进行了正交试验,得到活性物质提取的较佳条件是:提取温度 50℃,时间 60 min,固液比 1∶30(g∶mL),辅助超声.在最佳条件下,NO生成抑制率为69.87%,所得提取物的抗氧化活性最佳.

Abstract

In order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of loquat flowers,this article used the inhibition rate of NO generation as an in-dicator to extract and study the antioxidant activity in loquat flowers.Through experiments on single factors such as extraction solvent,tempera-ture,time,and solid-liquid ratio,orthogonal experiments were conducted on the extraction temperature,time,and solid-liquid ratio.The opti-mal conditions for extracting active substances were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 50℃,time 60 minutes,The solid-liquid ratio is 1∶30(g∶mL),assisted by ultrasound,and the inhibition rate of NO generation is 69.87%.The obtained extract has the best antioxidant activity.
