Research on Process of Boil-off Gas Recovery System in Ethylene Spherical Tanks
Taking the ethylene tank area of a chemical enterprise as the research object,the causes and emissions caused by BOG loss in semi frozen ethylene spherical tanks were analyzed.On this basis of exploring the causes of loss,the process scheme of BOG liquefication recovery and the gas reprocessing process were proposed,the material balance and heat balance of propylene compression refrigeration system were calculated.the problem of ethylene BOG loss was solved,and it provided a reference for the production management of other ethylene storage and transporta-tion systems.
