摘要
介绍了一种新的水性涂附磨具砂布和砂纸超涂层浆料的制作技术.结果表明,这种浆料比溶剂型浆料更环保、更高效,浆料质量稳定,保质期长,使用后砂布、砂纸产品比使用传统溶剂型涂层更耐磨、更防堵.
Abstract
This paper introduces a new manufacturing technology of water-based abrasive cloth coated with abrasive tools and super-coating of abrasive paper.Compared with the current solvent-based size,the size is more environmentally friendly and efficient,and the quality of the size is stable with a long shelflife,after the use of abrasive cloth,sandpaper products than the use of traditional solvent coating more wear-resistant,more anti-blocking.
