摘要
为了研制25%硝磺草酮·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂的配方.通过实验对配方进行优化、筛选、工艺对比、选择.确定最优配比为(质量分数):硝磺草酮原药 5%、莠去津原药 20%、消泡剂 SAF 0.5%、润湿分散剂KMKNY3-LP 5%、结构稳定剂有机彭润土 0.5%、油酸甲酯补足至 100%.结果表明:配方制备的可分散油悬浮剂平均粒径＜5 μm,悬浮率95%以上,其它各项指标均达到可分散油油悬浮剂的要求.
Abstract
The formulation of 25%mesotrione nitridone·atrazine dispersible oil suspension was developed,and the formula was optimized,screened,compared and selected by experiment.The optimal ratio was determined as:5%of mesotrione original drug;Atrazine 20%;defoamer SAF 0.5%;Wetting and dispersing agent KMKNY3-LP5%;Structural stabilizer organic penrunite 0.5%;Methyl oleate is made up to100%.The experimental results show that the average particle size of the suspension prepared by this formula is＜5μm,the suspension rate is more than 95%,and all other indicators meet the requirements of oil suspension.
