摘要
研究了硫酸亚锡废液的回收利用工艺.探究了真空度、加热时间、稳定剂种类、稳定剂加入质量等对产品的影响.当下层废液和水的体积比为 1∶2(下层废液500 mL,加水稀释至 1500 mL)、加入0.8g稳定剂2、真空度为0.08 MPa、温度为(55±2)℃、加热时间为(90±5)min 时,产出的硫酸亚锡浊度较低,产品质量符合相关标准.实现资源高效集约化利用.
Abstract
The recovery and utilization process of stannous sulfate waste liquid was studied.Explored the effects of factors such as vacuum de-gree,heating time,type of stabilizer,and amount of stabilizer added on the product.When the volume ratio of the lower waste liquid to water is 1∶2(500 mL of lower waste liquid,diluted to 1500 mL with water),0.8 g of stabilizer2 is added,the vacuum degree is0.08MPa,the tempera-ture is(55±2)℃,and the heating time is(90±5)min,the turbidity of the produced stannous sulfate is low,and the product quality meets relevant standards,achieving efficient and intensive resource utilization.
