摘要

建立了高效液相色谱测定金骨莲胶囊中八角枫碱的分析方法.采用 C18(φ4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以 V(乙腈)∶V(缓冲液)(0.2g庚烷磺酸钠、2.0 g磷酸二氢钾、0.3 mL磷酸加水至 1000 mL)=22∶78 为流动相,流速 1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为259 nm.结果表明,八角枫碱在0.10~10.06 μg/mL范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈线性关系,回归方程 Y=0.1459X+0.0048,r=0.9999,回收率在 90.2%~95.5%之间.方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可以为该制剂的质量稳定可控提供科学依据.

Abstract

(Objective)An HPLC method for the determination of anabasine in Jingulian capsules was established.(Methods)The chromato-graphic column was C18(φ4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),V(acetonitrile)∶V(buffer)(0.2 g heptane sulfonate,2.0 g potassium dihydrogen phos-phate,0.3 mlphosphoric acid volume to1000 mL)=22∶78 as mobile phase.Flowrate1.0 mL/min;detection wavelength was at259 nm,col-umn temperature was at 30℃.(Result)The peak area and mass concentration of maple octagonal base waslinear in range of 0.10~10.06 μg/mL(regression equation Y=0.1459X+0.0048 r=0.9999).The average recovery was 90.2%~95.7%.(Conclusion)The method is sim-ple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can provide scientific basis for the quality stability and control of the preparation.
