Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry Comparison of Pretreatment Methods for the Determination of Copper,Nickel,Chromium and Zinc in Solid Wastes by ICP-OES
In order to explore the influence of two pretreatment methods(microwave digestion method and electric hot plate digestion method)in the standard of"HJ781-2016"(Determination of 22 Metallic Elements in Solid Waste Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectroscopy)on the experimental results, four elements such as Cu,Ni,Cr and Zn were selected, and the experimental results of the two digestion methods were compared by using certified reference materials and blank spiking. The reagents and consumables involved in the experiment are all of the same batch or the same bottle; In the determination of certified reference materials, the relative error of microwave digestion method is-18.7%~1.2%,which is significantly higher than that of electric hot plate digestion method of-0.7%~7.7%.In the determination of the recovery rate of blank spiking, the recovery rate of microwave digestion method was 80%~95%,and that of electric hot plate digestion method was 90%~106%,and the effect of electric hot plate digestion method was significantly better than that of microwave digestion method.
