复方桔梗止咳片中抑菌剂苯甲酸钠的含量测定

摘要
(目的)建立检测防腐剂苯甲酸钠的高效液相色谱法,并应用于复方桔梗止咳片中抑菌剂苯甲酸钠的检测.(方法)色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×250 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液(5∶95)为流动相,流速设置为 1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm.(结果)苯甲酸钠的进样量在0.127～2.540 μg(R=0.9999)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为 100.31%,RSD=0.92%(n=6).(结论)具有操作简单、准确度高、重复性好,专属性强等特点,可用于复方桔梗止咳片中抑菌剂苯甲酸钠的检测.
Abstract
(Objective)To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Sodium benzoate in Compound Platycodon grandiflorum Antitussive Tablets.(Methods)The determination was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×250 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate(5∶95),the flow rate is1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.(Results)Good line-arity was shown in the range of 0.127～2.540 μg for Sodium benzoate with the average recovery of 100.31%,RSD=0.92%(n=6).(Conclu-sion)The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible and specificity,it can be used for the determination of Sodium benzoate in Compound Platycodon grandiflorum Antitussive Tablets.
