基于工业组织边界的制氢工艺碳排放特征分析

对煤气化制氢、天然气蒸汽转化制氢、工业副产氢(氯碱副产氢、丙烷脱氢副产氢)、风电制氢等制氢工艺进行碳排放特征分析.通过对比分析,表明煤气化制氢和天然气重整制氢是碳排放较高的制氢方式;推动电力结构转型,可降低氯碱副产氢和丙烷脱氢副产氢的间接碳排放;分析认为风电制氢是清洁零碳的制氢方式.
Analysis of Carbon Emission Characteristics of Hydrogen Production Process Based on Industrial Organization Boundary
This paper analyzed the carbon emission characteristics on coal gasification hydrogen production,natural gas steam conversion hydro-gen production,industrial by-product hydrogen(chlor-alkali by-product hydrogen,propane dehydrogenation by-product hydrogen),and wind power hydrogen production.It was found that that the coal gasification hydrogen production and natural gas reforming hydrogen production has the highest carbon emissions;promoting the transformation of power structure an reduce the carbon emissions of chlor-alkali by-product hydrogen and propane dehydrogenation by-product hydrogen.Hydrogen production from wind power is a clean and zero-carbon hydrogen pro-duction method.
