Study on the Application of Silylated GC Fingerprint in the Quality Control of Sauce Which Added in Reconstituted Tobacco
The important chemical components in Sauce which added in Reconstituted Tobacco were detected by silylation derivatization and gas chromatography(GC).The silylation fingerprints and stability evaluation methods(quality control charts)of different batches of sauce were es-tablished,and the quality stability of different batches of sauce samples, their blends and other essence samples were evaluated and verified by cluster analysis method. The results showed that:①The silylation GC method was simple and rapid, and the relative standard deviation of the ra-tio of the main chromatographic peak areas to the internal standard were less than 10%,which was suitable for the establishment of the silylation fingerprint of sauce.② The similarity method of angle cosine could characterize overall differences of silanized components in different samples to a certain extent, and could be used as an important indexes for investigating the quality stability of sauce.③ The quality control charts could be used to clearly distinguish the sauces from their mixtures products and other sauces.④ Compared with the cluster analysis, the silanized GC fingerprint quality control chart could reflect the quality stability of the material and liquid more directly and could be used as an effective means to evaluate the quality between batches of sauce or to test the quality of storage.
