白花蛇舌草乙醇提取液在化妆品中的应用

摘要
通过醇提法对白花蛇舌草进行提取,研究其提取物对酪氨酸酶的影响、抗氧化能力、抗菌作用和保湿性能,评价其在化妆品中的应用.结果表明,白花蛇舌草提取物对酪氨酸酶有抑制作用,当浓度为 250 μg/mL时抑制率可达71.69%.白花蛇舌草提取液对 DPPH自由基有很强的清除作用,半数清除质量浓度为 17.62 μg/mL.白花蛇舌草提取液对于大肠杆菌、铜绿假单细胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有良好的抑制作用.与甘油相比,白花蛇舌草具有一定的保湿作用,作用来源于对外界水分的吸收.白花蛇舌草拥有良好美白、抗氧化、抗菌及保湿效果,可应用于相应功效化妆品研发中.
Abstract
Hedyotisdiffusa was extracted by alcohol extraction method.The effects of ethanol extract on tyrosinase,antioxidant capacity,antimicro-bial and moisturizing properties were studied,and its application in cosmetics was evaluated.The results showed that the extract of Hedyotisdiffu-sawill inhibit the activity of tyrosinase,which inhibition rate could reach 71.69％ at the concentration of 250 μg/mL.The extract of Hedyotisdif-fusa had a strong scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals,and median clearance mass concentration(EC50)was17.62 μg/mL.The extract of Hedyotisdiffusa had good inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.Compared with glycerol,Hedyotisdiffusa has a certain moisturizing effect,which comes from the absorption of external water.Hedyotisdiffusa has good whitening,antioxi-dant,antimicrobial and moisturizing effects,which can be applied in the research and development of cosmetics with corresponding efficacy.
