摘要
云南某公司二期的60 万t/a磷酸二铵(DAP)冷却系统,设计使用风冷流化床,存在产品包裹温度高、包裹后产品外观质量波动较大、风冷系统尾气排放量大、后续尾气治理工艺路线选择及治理难度大等问题.针对问题,对产品冷却系统进行了有针对性的技术改造.采用水冷却器,使 DAP产品的包裹温度得到了有效控制,使装置的尾气排放量降低,也使装置的能耗下降.通过装置的性能考核,验证了水冷却器技术的应用效果.
Abstract
The cooling system of 600000 t/a diammonium phosphate(DAP)in the second phase of a company in Yunnan is designed to use an air-cooled fluidized bed.However,there are problems such as high product wrapping temperature,significant fluctuations in product appear-ance quality after wrapping,large exhaust emissions from the air-cooled system,and difficulty in selecting and treating subsequent exhaust gas treatment processes.Targeted technical improvements have been made to the product cooling system to address the issue.The use of a water cooler effectively controls the wrapping temperature of DAP products,reduces the exhaust emissions of the device,and also lowers the energy consumption of the device.The application effect of water cooler technology was verified through performance evaluation of the device.
