Research on Control of Air Separation Nitrogen Cycle Compressor Unit
In order to solve the problem of operational fluctuations in the nitrogen cycle compressor unit for air separation,a detailed analysis was conducted on the control and anti surge of the Linde air separation C1461 unit by integrating the application of the Yokogawa CENTUMCS3000 distributed control system and Tricon TS3000 system platform;At the same time,by combining the control system,on-site instruments,and exe-cution unit issues and handling measures,and through technical transformation,the stability problem has been comprehensively solved,providing strong technical support for the safe and stable operation of the unit,which has great reference and reference significance for similar devices.
