摘要
多重响应性线形-树枝状嵌段共聚物(LDBCs)具有可调控的线形链、树枝状结构和多种环境刺激响应性,可作为多种疏水性药物的纳米递送载体,在药物靶向递送领域具有广阔的应用展前景.文章简要地归纳总结了多重响应性LDBCs的合成方法和应用,展望了多重响应性LDBCs未来的研究方向和发展前景.
Abstract
Multi-responsive linear-dendrimer block copolymers(LDBCs)have a controllable linear chain and dendrimer structure and a variety of environmental stimulus response.They can be used as nanodelivery carriers for a variety of hydrophobic drugs,and have broad development prospects in the field of drug targeted delivery.In this paper,the synthesis methods and applications of multiple responsive LDBCs are briefly summarized,and the future research direction and development prospect of multiple responsive LDBCs are prospected.
