德宏地区不同植烟县(市)烟叶质量特征分析

为探究德宏不同植烟县(市)烟叶质量特征,并为德宏烟叶资源的合理使用提供参考,收集德宏4个植烟县(市)的烟叶资源,包括陇川、梁河、芒市、盈江,检测烟叶外观信息,常规化学成分及致香物质,调查了德宏4 个植烟县烟叶的质量特征.结果显示:盈江地区烟叶的R、G值平均值分别为112.83、79.64,显著低于其余3 个地区烟叶,烟叶颜色深度也显著深于其他3 个地区烟叶.盈江地区烟叶的还原糖质量分数、尼古丁质量分数平均值分别为28.44%、2.55%,显著高于其他3 个地区烟叶.芒市烟叶醇类、酮类物质总量较高,盈江烟叶酸类、酯类物质总量较高.基于常规化学指标及致香物质的聚类分析结果均说明,盈江地区烟叶与其他地区烟叶有明显差异.
Analysis of Tobacco Leaf Quality Characteristics in Different Tobacco-growing Counties from Dehong Area
In order to explore the quality characteristics of tobacco leaves in different planting counties in Dehong and provide reference for the rational use of tobacco resources in Dehong,tobacco resources in 4 planting counties in Dehong,including Longchuan,Lianghe,Mangshi and Yingjiang,were collected to detect the appearance information of tobacco leaves,routine chemical components and aroma compounds,and investigate the quality characteristics of tobacco leaves in 4 planting counties in Dehong.The results showed that the mean values of R and G of tobacco leaves from Yingjiang were 112.83 and 79.64,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the other three areas,and the color depth of tobacco leaves was also significantly deeper than those in the other three areas.The average reducing sugar content and nicotine content of tobacco leaves from Yingjiang area were 28.44% and 2.55%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in other three areas.The total amount of alcohols and ketones in Mangshi tobacco was higher,while the total amount of acids and esters in Yingjiang tobacco was higher.The results of cluster analysis based on routine chemical indexes and aroma compounds showed that there were obvious differences between tobacco leaves in Yingjiang area and those in other areas.
