摘要

以磷肥副产氟硅酸和氧化锌为原料,通过中和反应制备得到六水合氟硅酸锌产品.为了探索工业制备六水合氟硅酸锌产品的最佳工艺条件,降低能耗并提高产品质量,系统性地研究了反应温度、反应时间、物料比等工艺参数及浓缩方式对产品含量和收率的影响.结果表明:在反应温度为30℃,反应时间为2h,氧化锌与氟硅酸(以H2SiF4 计)物质的量比为1:1.2,浓缩方式为低温真空蒸发浓缩法(蒸发温度为 45~55℃)的工艺条件下,参考企业标准(Q/KHQ 001-2016),可以制备得到六水合氟硅酸锌一等品,其质量分数为 98.92%,收率为96.68%.

Abstract

Using by-products fluorosilicic acid and zinc oxide as raw materials,hexahydrate zinc fluorosilicate products were prepared through neutralization reaction.In order to explore the optimal process conditions for industrial preparation of hexahydrate zinc fluorosilicate products,reduce energy consumption,and improve product quality,the effects of process parameters such as reaction temperature,reaction time,material ratio,and concentration method on product content and yield were systematically studied.The results showed that under the process conditions of a reaction temperature of 30℃,a reaction time of 2 hours,a molar ratio of zinc oxide to fluorosilicic acid(calculated as H2SiF4 )of 1:1.2,and a concentration method of low-temperature vacuum evaporation concentration(evaporation temperature of 45℃-55℃),referring to the enterprise standard(Q/KHQ 001-2016),the first grade hexahydrate zinc fluorosilicate can be prepared,with a content of 98.92% and a yield of 96.68%.
