摘要
目的:建立测定银丹心泰滴丸中原儿茶醛含量的方法.方法:采用 HPLC-DAD 法,色谱柱:E-clipse Plus C18(5 μm,250 mm×ϕ4.6 mm),Agilent;流动相:0.1%磷酸溶液-甲醇(体积比 85∶15);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:278 nm;进样量:10 μL.结果:原儿茶醛质量浓度在 8.2995～41.4973 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.1%(RSD:1.5%,n=6).结论:该定量方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于银丹心泰滴丸的质量控制.
Abstract
(Objective)To establish a method for determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in Yindan xintai dropping pills.(Methods)HPLC-DAD method was used.The chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(5 μm,250 mm × ϕ4.6 mm).The mobile phase was 0.1％ phosphoric acid solution-methanol(85:15,V/V).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the column temperature was 30 ℃;the detection wavelength was 278 nm;and the injection volume was 10 μL.(Results)The mass concentration of protocatechuic aldehyde showed a good linear relationship between the mass concentration(8.2995～41.4973 μg/mL)and peak area(r=0.9999),with an average recovery rate of 101.1％(RSD:1.5％,n=6).(Conclusion)This quantitative method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility,which can be used for quality control of Yindan xintai dropping pills.
