摘要

目的:测定广州地区流通领域市售化橘红药材与饮片中总黄酮的含量,为化橘红商品药材质量现状调查提供简便依据.方法:以柚皮苷为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在283 nm处测定30 批化橘红样品中总黄酮质量分数.结果:以甲醇为提取溶剂,超声40 min制备供试品溶液,紫外检测得到的30 批样品总黄酮质量分数差异较大.结论:收集的30 批样品总黄酮含量检测结果证实了市面流通化橘红商品药材存在质量参差不齐的问题,以简单的质量评价方法为市售化橘红商品药材质量调查提供一定参考依据.

Abstract

(Objective)A preliminary study on the quantitative determination of total flavonoids of commercial Exocarpium Citri Grandis in the market of Guangzhou circulation area,which provide a easy basis on the quality investigation of Exocarpium Citri Grandis sold as commercial me-dicinal materials.(Methods)Using the ultraviolet spectrophotometry with the detective wave length set at 283 nm.Naringin was served as a ref-erence standard.(Results)With methanol as solvent extraction,ultrasonic 40 minutes of preparation and ultraviolet detection,there was signifi-cant difference in the content of total flavonoid of each sample.(Conclusion)The contents of total flavonoid of sample sold on market had quality problem,which provided a reference for quality investigation of Exocarpium Citri Grandis.
