摘要
针对污水处理单元中臭氧尾气处理系统运行中存在的问题,从工艺流程、催化剂、尾气破坏器等方面进行优化改进.技改实施后的运行数据表明,采用优化后催化分解工艺处理臭氧尾气,系统自动化高,臭氧分解率高,出气中臭氧浓度能稳定达到《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-2012)的要求.
Abstract
In response to the problems in the operation of the ozone tail gas treatment system in the sewage treatment unit,optimization and im-provement are carried out from the aspects of process flow,catalyst,tail gas destructor,etc.The operational data after the implementation of technological transformation shows that using the optimized catalytic decomposition process to treat ozone exhaust gas has high system automa-tion,high ozone decomposition rate,and stable ozone concentration in the exhaust gas can meet the requirements of the Environmental Air Qual-ity Standard(GB3095-2012).
