Study on Optimization of Operation Process Parameters of Silicon Removal System for Chemical Wastewater
In view of the practical problems that the silicon removal effect of the wastewater silicon removal system is not good, and the frequent mud turning of the effluent sedimentation tank seriously restricts the stable operation of the production device, this paper carries out related research on process parameter optimization. The experimental results show that when the pH value of the reaction is adjusted to 7,the ratio of the dosage of sodium metaaluminate to the silicon content in the influent is controlled to be 1:1,and the concentration of the flocculant PAC is 30 mg/L,the effluent silicon content is 17 mg/L and the turbidity is 8 NTU,which can meet the requirements of the effluent water quality index of the silicon removal system.
