某公司的DCS控制系统已运行了 15 年,DCS 的硬件、电缆桥架、机房的可用空间等都消耗怠尽.工艺日益增长的自动化需求与DCS资源匮乏两者之间的矛盾与日剧增.采用分布式远程I/O的方式来化解,主要以一个远程I/O替代PLC柜的例子,说明分布式结构的构成,以及现场防爆I/O箱作为补充,用于零星增加点;对专用设备如色选机,采用SCADA点,形成一个立体控制网.PKC-C300 新控制系统性能上比较优越,功能上也满足了现代企业对控制系统的信息化、智能化方面的要求.
Implementation and Application of PKS-C300 Remote I/O
The control system of a company has been running for 15 years,and the hardware,cable tray and available space of computer room of DCS are exhausted.The contradiction between the increasing automation demand of process and the lack of DCS resources is increasing day by day.We will use distributed remote I/O to solve the problem.This paper mainly takes a remote I/O instead of PLC cabinet as an example to ex-plain the composition of distributed structure,and the on-site explosion-proof I/O box as a supplement to add points sporadically.For special equipment such as color sorter,SCADA points are used to form a three-dimensional control network.PKC-C300 new control system perform-ance is superior,function also meets the modern enterprise control system information,intelligent requirements.
