摘要
对化工企业技术创新战略管理意义及重要性进行了阐述,以云天化集团为例,分析了化工企业技术创新战略管理现状及不足.借鉴国内外典型企业的经验并结合化工企业的特点,提出了完善化工企业技术创新战略管理体系的途径和思路.
Abstract
This paper expounds on the significance and importance of strategic management of technological innovation within enterprises.Using Yuntianhua Group as a study case,it analyzes the current state and shortcomings of strategic management of technological innovation in chemical enterprises.Drawing on the experiences of exemplary enterprises both domestically and internationally,as well as considering the unique char-acteristics of chemical enterprises,the paper proposes methods and ideas for enhancing the strategic management of technological innovation.
