摘要
化工建设项目具有施工体量大、工期进度紧、高危作业多、人员结构复杂等特点,受到社会各界广泛关注,施工过程安全管理责任重大.通过对化工建设项目施工过程中常见安全风险点的梳理和安全管理现状的分析,结合自身化工项目安全管理实践经验,提出了施工过程安全管理提升的有效措施,为安全管理人员提供一定的工作指导和帮助.
Abstract
Chemical construction projects have the characteristics of large construction volume,tight schedule,high-risk operations,complex personnel structure,etc.,which have attracted wide attention from all walks of life,and the safety management responsibility of construction process is significant.Based on the analysis of the common safety risk points in the construction process of chemical construction projects and the current situation of safety management,combined with their own practical experience in the safety management of chemical projects,this pa-per summarizes and puts forward effective measures to improve the safety management of construction process,and provides certain work guid-ance and help for safety managers.
