为充分发挥实践教学在应用化学创新型人才培养中的关键作用,探索与科学研究相融合的创新型人才培养的实践教学模式,通过依托本科生导师制和创新班,精选科研项目内容以"红树内生真菌球黑孢霉菌Ni-grospora sphaerica S5 中化合物毛色二孢霉素lasiodiplodin的分离纯化及鉴定研究"为例开展实践教学探索,指导学生首次在国内外从Nigrospora属真菌中发现并分离到 lasiodiplodin.将应用化学专业实践教学与科学研究相融合,锻炼了学生的综合实践和科研创新能力,使学生更好地了解到本专业学科前沿,掌握了相关大型仪器设备使用技能,有效推动了应用化学专业创新型人才的培养.
Research and Exploration on the Innovative Talent Cultivation Model Integrating Practical Teaching and Scientific Research in Applied Chemistry——Take the Example of"Isolation,Purification and Identification of Lasiodiplodin from Mangrove Endophyte Nigrospo
(Objective)To fully leverage the critical role of practical teaching in the cultivation of innovative talents in applied chemistry,and explore a practical teaching model that integrates scientific research.(Methods)Relying on the undergraduate tutorial system and innovative classes,we selected research project content and conducted practical teaching exploration using the example of "Isolation,purification,and identification of lasiodiplodin,a compound from the mangrove endophyte Nigrospora sphaerica S5".(Results)The students were guided to discover and isolate lasiodiplodin from the genus Nigrospora for the first time at home and abroad.(Conclusion)Integrating practical teaching in applied chemistry with scientific research has exercised students' comprehensive practical and scientific research abilities,enabling them to better understand the cutting-edge of the discipline,master the use of relevant large-scale instruments and equipment,and effectively promote the cultivation of innovative talents in applied chemistry.
