Experimental Teaching Design for Drug Analysis-Determination of Aspirin Enteric Coated Tablets by HPLC
Drug analysis is an applied discipline with strong practicality.The teaching goal is to allow students to master the analytical methods and experimental techniques of commonly used drugs.According to the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia",this article selects the more typical aspirin enteric-coated tablets as an example,and designs its content measurement as experimental teaching content.The experimental teaching process design,teaching content,effect evaluation and improvement are elaborated in detail.The course teaching design includes the princi-ples,methods and experimental techniques of drug analysis courses,forming a complete experimental teaching design process and feedback mechanism for teaching effect evaluation and continuous improvement.Based on the above design,it improves students'basic operational skills in conventional drug analysis,cultivates students'ability to independently analyze and solve problems,and Lays a solid foundation for improving the quality of drug analysis experimental teaching.
