摘要
综述了吡非尼酮的研发历程,并对吡非尼酮的药理活性研究进行了总结.以吡非尼酮为先导物,发展了多个系列的衍生物,这些衍生物具有较好的生物活性,为开发设计结构更独特、活性更好的新药提供理论依据.
Abstract
This article reviews the research and development process of pirfenidone and summarizes the research on the pharmacological activity of pirfenidone.Using pirfenidone as the lead compound,multiple series of derivatives have been developed.These derivatives have good biological ac-tivity and provide theoretical basis for the development and design of novel drugs with more unique structures and better activity.
