摘要

为了开发合格的20%丙硫菌唑水乳剂.对 20%丙硫菌唑水乳剂的溶剂、乳化剂、防冻剂进行优化筛选,得到优选配方.结果表明,最终优化配方为:丙硫菌唑为20%、ADMA 810 为 25%、Solvesso 200 为 5%、Ethylan 992 为2%、TERMUL 2507 为1%、尿素为3%、有机硅消泡剂为0.2%,去离子水补足至100%.通过对各项助剂进行优化筛选,获得了20%丙硫菌唑水乳剂的优选配方,各项性能合格,符合绿色农药的发展方向.

Abstract

Objective:To develop a qualified 20%propiconazole aqueous emulsion.Method:The solvent,emulsifier,and antifreeze of 20%propi-conazole water emulsion were optimized and screened to obtain the optimal formula.Result:The final optimized formula is:propiconazole is 20%,ADMA 810 is 25%,Solvesso 200 is 5%,Ethylan 992 is 2%,TERMUL 2507 is 1%,urea is 3%,organic silicon defoamer is 0.2%,and deionized water is replenished to 100%.Conclusion:By optimizing and screening various additives,the optimal formula for 20%propiconazole water emulsion was obtained,and its performance was qualified,which is in line with the development direction of green pesticides.
