云南晋宁尖山低品位磷矿石浮选试验研究

摘要
为经济合理的利用云南晋宁尖山低品位低磷高镁磷矿石,将其与高磷低镁配矿浮选.通过不同配比、单反浮选试验,研究其可选性及其药剂制度.结果表明:低品位磷矿石与高磷低镁磷矿石的质量比为 1∶2、磨矿细度≤0.074 mm达到92%、硫酸用量为18.0 kg/t、YP6 用量为 3.0 kg/t、磷酸用量 1.5 kg/t 时,获得精矿的P2O5 质量分数29.84%、MgO质量分数 0.72%、Al2O3 质量分数 0.82%,产率 75.95%、回收率 93.70%、尾矿P2O5 质量分数6.33%.
Abstract
In order to economically and rationally utilize low grade low phosphorus and high magnesium phosphate ores in Jianshan,the beneficia-bility and reagent system of the ores were studied by flotation experiments with high phosphorus and low magnesium.The test results show that:When low-grade phosphate ore and high-phosphorus and low-magnesium phosphate ore are 1:2,the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm rea-ches 92%,the dosage of sulfuric acid is 18.0 kg/t,the dosage of YP6 is 3.0 kg/t,and the dosage of phosphoric acid is 1.5 kg/t,The beneficia-tion indexes of P2O5 content of concentrate 29.84%,MgO 0.72%,Al2O3 0.82%,yield 75.95%,recovery 93.70%and P2O5 content of tailings 6.33%were obtained.
