Feasibility Study on Catalytic Diesel Oil Low Pressure Deep Hydrodesulfurizations
In order to solve the problem of excess of inferior catalytic diesel in a refinery enterprise,it is planned to transform the unit and appro-priately reduce the processing volume of the unit to meet the needs of catalytic diesel processing. In order to confirm the feasibility of this scheme, conducted a feasibility test study in a hydrogenation pilot plant. The experimental results show that the modified low pressure hydrogena-tion unit can meet the requirements of catalytic diesel.Under the conditions of reaction pressure 4.0 MPa,average reaction temperature 350℃,volume space velocity 0.55 h-1 and hydrogen-to-oil volume ratio 300,the sulfur content of refined diesel can meet the requirements of nation-al standard Ⅵ diesel blending components.
