摘要

为解决某炼化企业劣质催化柴油大量过剩的问题,计划对装置进行改造,适当降低装置加工量,以满足加工催化柴油的需求.为确认方案的可行性,在加氢中试装置进行了可行性试验.结果表明,对低压加氢装置进行改造后,可以满足处理催化柴油的要求;在反应压力4.0 MPa、平均反应温度350℃、体积空速0.55 h-1、氢油体积比300 的条件下,精制柴油硫含量可以满足国Ⅵ标准柴油调和组分的要求.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of excess of inferior catalytic diesel in a refinery enterprise,it is planned to transform the unit and appro-priately reduce the processing volume of the unit to meet the needs of catalytic diesel processing.In order to confirm the feasibility of this scheme,conducted a feasibility test study in a hydrogenation pilot plant.The experimental results show that the modified low pressure hydrogena-tion unit can meet the requirements of catalytic diesel.Under the conditions of reaction pressure 4.0 MPa,average reaction temperature 350℃,volume space velocity 0.55 h-1 and hydrogen-to-oil volume ratio 300,the sulfur content of refined diesel can meet the requirements of nation-al standard Ⅵ diesel blending components.
