直接进样-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定水中14种半挥发性有机污染物
Simultaneous Determination of 14 Semi-volatile Organic Pollutants in Water by Direct Injection Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要
建立了直接进样-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定水质中乐果、涕灭威、敌敌畏、克百威等14 种半挥发性有机污染物.结果表明,14 种半挥发性有机污染物在 0.5~100 μg/L范围内线性关系较好(R2≥0.99),方法检出限在0.011~0.042 μg/L之间,测定下限在0.046~0.169 μg/L之间;3 个加标水平下的平均回收率为85.8%~118.0%,相对标准偏差为0.49%~8.31%.该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,适用于生活饮用水、地下水和地表水中14 种半挥发性有机污染物的快速检测.
Abstract
A method of direct injection ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)has been es-tablished for simultaneously determination of 14 semi-volatile organic pollutants including dimethoate,aldicarb,dichlorvos,carbofuran and so on in water.The calibration curves of 14 semi-volatile organic pollutants showd good linerity correlation coefficient(R2≥0.99)between 0.5-100 μg/L;the limit of detection was 0.011-0.042 μg/L,the limit of lower determination was 0.046-0.169 μg/L;the average recoveries were 85.8%-118.0%at three spiked levels,the relative standard deviation were 0.49%-8.31%.This method is simple,highly sensitive,and suitable for rapid detection of 14 semi-volatile organic pollutants in the surface,underground and drinking water.
