摘要
某公司二甲醚分厂低温甲醇洗H2S吸收塔使用的新型浮阀塔盘脱硫效率低下,影响硫的吸收.通过应用新型高效双层垂直筛板(DVST),提高脱硫效率,降低硫含量,增加甲醇产量.塔顶气相出口中H2S含量从1.60 mg/kg降低到0.15 mg/kg以内,达到预期目标.
Abstract
Dorminction of the Dispanelus division of the low temperature methanol washing H2S absorbing the new type of floating valve tower used in the original use of the new type of floating valve tower is low,which affects the absorption of sulfur.By optimizing the application of new high efficiency double-layer vertical sieve(DVST),it can improve the efficiency of desulfurization,reduce sulfur content,and increase meth-anol output.The H2S content in the exit of the top of the tower is reduced from 1.60 ppm to 0.15 ppm,and the effect is obvious,and the ex-pected goal is achieved.
