摘要
针对云南某磷肥企业湿法磷酸生产过程中副产磷石膏的产生工艺、规范堆存及"三废"污染防治等情况,进行了研究与探讨,以研判其运行管理的合规性,指出存在的问题,应采取的对策.按照长期对地下水的监测数据,分析地下水监测井指标趋势变化的合理性,提出增加补充监测因子的建议,保障渣场对周边环境的影响可接受.
Abstract
The production process,standard storage and pollution control of"three wastes"of by-product phosphogypsum in wet phosphoric acid production of a phosphate fertilizer enterprise in Yunnan were studied and discussed.It aims to study the compliance of operation manage-ment,and indicate the existing problems and countermeasures;according to the long-term monitoring data of groundwater,analyze the ration-ality of the trend of groundwater monitoring well,and propose supplementary monitoring factors to ensure the acceptable influence of slag yard on the surrounding environment.
