Abstract
This article mainly introduces the differences between two-dimensional liquid chromatography technology and high-performance liq-uid chromatography technology,and elaborates on the application of liquid chromatography technology in food nutrition detection,additive de-tection,toxic and harmful substance detection,etc.Finally,examples are used to demonstrate this technical method,in order to provide effec-tive reference and inspiration for the field of food safety testing.
