摘要
对易吸潮粉体物料的人工破包加料方式进行了研制.在除湿机配合人工破包加料的基础上,采用简易破包方式,增加了气体保护、布袋除尘等硬件和自动保护联锁加料系统.改进后,自动保护式加料及保护系统的效果良好.可为其它易吸潮粉体物料的加料提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
This article focuses on the research and development of the manual bag breaking dosing method in the dosing room of easily hygroscop-ic powder.On the basis of the original dehumidifier in the dosing room with manual bag breaking dosing,a simple bag breaking method is adopt-ed,and equipment such as nitrogen protection and fabric filter are added in combination with an auto-protection interlocking dosing system.After improvement,the operation effect of the auto-protective dosing and protection system is good.This can provide references and guidances for the dosing of other easily hygroscopic powder materials.
