摘要

分析了电镀废气的种类和危害性,通过对电镀生产线采取二次全封闭处理和使用酸碱雾抑制剂等清洁生产措施,从源头减少了电镀废气的产生.同时提出了治理、净化电镀废气的具体措施.介绍了酸性废气、铬酸雾、氰化氢、研磨废气及天然气锅炉废气净化的工艺流程以及治理后所达到的效果.

Abstract

The type and harmfulness of electroplating waste gas are analyzed,and the production of electroplating waste gas is reduced from the source by adopting the measures of clean production,such as the second completely closed treatment and the use of acid and alkali fog inhibitor.At the same time,the specific measures of treatment and purification of electroplating waste gas are put forward.The purification process of acid waste gas,chromic acid fog,hydrogen cyanide,grinding waste gas and gas boiler waste gas and the results achieved after treatment are intro-duced.
