汽轮机凝结水处理工艺存在问题及改进

某炼厂130 t/h透平凝结水装置运行中存在低温凝结水出水二氧化硅含量高、运行能耗高等问题.对凝结水装置进行技术改造,将原有的"超微过滤器+纤维吸附罐"处理工艺改造为"余热回收+大通量过滤器+混床"处理工艺,改造后整系统运行良好,出水满足GB/T12145-2016《火力发电机组及蒸汽动力设备水汽质量》控制指标.
Problems Existing in the Operation of Turbine Condensate Plant and Selection of Technological Transformation
This paper introduces the practical problems of high silica content and high energy consumption of low temperature condensate effluent during the operation of 130 t/h turbine condensate unit in a refinery.The technical transformation of the condensate plant was proposed,and the original"ultrafine filter+fiber adsorption tank"treatment process was transformed into"waste heat recovery+large flux filter+mixed bed"treatment process.After the transformation,the whole system ran well,and the effluent met the control index of GB/T12145-2016"Water va-por Quality of thermal generating units and steam power Equipment".It effectively solves the problem that the effluent cannot meet the control index due to the fluctuation of incoming water quality.
