Determination of Lead Content in Zanthoxylum bungeanum by Wet Digestion-Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy
Zanthoxylum bungeanum is a commonly used seasoning on dining tables in regions such as Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan, and Chongqing. The content of heavy metals in Zanthoxylum bungeanum directly affects people's physical health, and its quality and safety inspec-tion and monitoring are particularly important. This article uses wet digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy to determine the Pb content in Zanthoxylum bungeanum.Under optimal instrument conditions,25 Zanthoxylum bungeanum samples from different regions in Si-chuan Provice were measured, with a linear range of 0.00-200.00 ng/mL and a detection limit of 0.005 mg/L.The precision of the method is good, with a relative range of 9.93%;The method is accurate, and the relative error of the quality control sample determination results is-7.50%--16.25%.The Pb content of Zanthoxylum bungeanum samples from 25 different regions has not exceeded the limit standard for pol-lutants in food specified in GB 2762-2022.
