目的:建立同时测定复方甘草合剂中苯甲酸和甘草酸含量的HPLC法.方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:CAP CELL PAK MGⅡC18(5 μm,250 mm × φ 4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈(A)-0.05%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长:237 nm.结果:苯甲酸、甘草酸检测质量浓度线性范围分别为10.67~80.03 µg/mL(r=1.0000)、38.1765~286.3238 μg/mL(r=0.9998);精密度、稳定性、重复性实验的 RSD<2.0%(n=6);苯甲酸平均加样回收率为98.5%(n=9)、甘草酸为97.4%(n=9).结论:方法操作便捷,易于掌握,分离度高,响应强,结果可靠,方法可行,可用于复方甘草合剂的质量控制和评价.
Simultaneous Determination of Benzoic Acid and Glycyrrhizic Acid in Compound Glycyrrhiza Mixture by HPLC
(Objective)To establish a method for simultaneous determination of benzoic acid and glycyrrhizic acid in compound brown mixture.(Methods)HPLC was used.Chromatographic column:CAP CELL PAK MG Ⅱ C18(5 m,250 mm × φ4.6 mm));Mobile phase:acetonitrile(A)-0.05%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B),gradient elution;Detection wavelength:237 nm.(Results)The linear ranges of benzo-ic acid and glycyrrhizic acid were 10.6700~80.0250 μg/mL(r=1.0000)and 38.1765~286.3238 μg/mL(r=0.9998),respectively.Preci-sion,Accuracy,stability(24 h),duplicated experiment RSD<2.0%.The average recoveries of benzoic acid and glycyrrhizic acid were 98.5%(n=9)and 97.4%(n=9).(Conclusion)The method is simple,easy to master,high separation,strong response,reliabLe and fea-sible,and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of compound glycyrrhiza mixture.
