针对往复式液压隔膜泵限位补油方式不精确、易致过量补油及隔膜早期损坏问题,提出机械式自动补油方案.
Abstract
In response to the issues of inaccurate limit-based oil replenishment in reciprocating hydraulic diaphragm pumps,which often leads to excessive oil replenishment and early diaphragm damage,a mechanical automatic oil replenishment scheme is proposed.This scheme precisely controls the oil replenishment and discharge processes through mechanical automation,thereby reducing human operational errors,effectively ex-tending the diaphragm's service life,and enhancing the uptime and overall performance of hydraulic diaphragm pumps.
