A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the causes of the high temperature of the radial bearing of the high-speed shaft of the speed increasing gearbox of the air compressor unit in the air separation unit.Through investigation and practice,corresponding solutions were proposed and gradually implemented,achieving significant results.It provides a reference for similar failures in similar units.
