摘要

中药化学是高职院校药学类专业中理论与实践并重的专业基础课.针对实验教学现状和不足,提出创新实践训练反哺实验教学,强调仪器分析、波谱分析引入课堂及开展实验的重要性,改进"中药化学实用技术"实验教学质量,培养学生创新实践能力.并以槐米中芦丁的提取分离和鉴定为例,进行创新实践训练反哺实验教学的探索和实践.

Abstract

Chinese Medicinal Chemistry is a foundational professional course in pharmacology majors at vocational colleges,emphasizing the inte-gration of theory and practice.In response to the current status and deficiencies in experimental teaching,this paper proposes innovative practice training to feedback experimental teaching.It highlights the importance of introducing instrumental analysis and spectroscopic analysis into the classroom and conducting experiments to improve the experimental teaching quality of"Practical Techniques of Chinese Medicinal Chemistry"and to cultivate students'innovative practical abilities.Taking the extraction,separation,and identification of rutin from Sophorae Flos as an ex-ample,this paper explores and practices the feedback of innovative practice training into experimental teaching.
