Aiming at the pain points of traditional undergraduate natural medicine chemistry experiment teaching,this paper grasped the hot re-search direction,broke the discipline barriers,integrated resources across disciplines,and determined the reform direction of comprehensive natu-ral medicine chemistry experiment based on the cross of microbiology disciplines.Through the design of interdisciplinary research experiments in microbiology and the reform of the heuristic experimental teaching model,the experimental teaching effect and the satisfaction of the experimental teaching have been improved,and the students'ability to think and solve problems independently has been cultivated.
