Application Research of Electrospun Nanofiber Scaffold in Bone Tissue Engineering
The treatment of bone defects and bone diseases has long been a significant area of focus in clinical medicine.Although traditional grafting surgeries have been effective in addressing these issues,they are subject to limitations such as donor shortage,immune rejection,and transplantation-related complications,which restrict the broader application of traditional grafting.Therefore,bone tissue engineering has gar-nered significant attention as an emerging treatment method among researchers.Electrospun nanofiber scaffolds are considered ideal materials in the field of bone tissue engineering due to their unique structural characteristics and bioactivity.However,in order to achieve optimal bone re-generation,there are still many issues that require in-depth research concerning the design and application of electrospun nanofiber scaffolds.This paper introduces the features of electrospun nanofiber scaffolds and their applications in bone tissue engineering.It aims to provide a refer-ence for developing more effective and safer bone tissue engineering scaffolds.
