摘要
雏菊叶龙胆酮(Bellidifolin)为天然四氧代咄酮类化合物,该成分主要存在龙胆科獐牙菜属、假龙胆属、龙胆属植物之中.当前研究表明,该化合物具有众多的药理学活性,如抗菌、抗炎、心脏保护、抗氧化、细胞损伤保护、保护脑缺血性损伤、抑制细胞增殖等作用.主要分析了近十年来国内外对于该化合物的药理活性研究,对其药理活性及作用机制进行综述,总结了该化合物的当前的主要研究方向,为进一步深入研究和开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Bellidifolin,a kinds of natural tetraoxygenated xanthone,was mainly distributed among genus Swertia,Gentianella,and Gentiana in family Gentianaceae.The present studies showed that the compound has many pharmacological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-inflam-matory,cardiac protection,antioxidant,cell damage protection,cerebral ischemic injury protection,inhibition of cell proliferation,etc.The review on pharmacological activity of Bellidifolin in recent years was analyzed,the main research direction of this compound was summarized,which provided reference for further research,development and utilization.
