摘要

原油加氢处理消耗了大量的催化剂,这些废旧加氢催化剂中含有大量的钼资源,若直接丢弃,将造成资源浪费和环境污染,因此,从废旧加氢催化剂中回收钼具有重要的意义.综述了从废旧加氢催化剂中回收钼的工艺技术进展,主要讨论了火法、湿法、火湿结合法及其他工艺,并对比了各工艺的优缺点,为后续研究提供思路.

Abstract

The crude oil hydrogenation treatment process consumes a large number of catalysts,and these waste hydrogenation catalysts contain a large amount of molybdenum resources.If directly discarded,it will cause resource waste and environmental pollution.Therefore,it is of great sig-nificance to recycle molybdenum from the waste hydrogenation catalyst.This paper summarizes the technological progress of molybdenum recov-ery by waste hydrogenation catalyst,mainly discusses the fire method,wet method,fire and wet combination method and other processes,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each process,to provide ideas for subsequent research.
