抛光铝粉爆炸火焰传播规律研究

为了研究实际工况下粉尘爆炸的传播规律,选取典型抛光铝粉为研究对象,利用自制除尘系统爆炸试验平台,进行了抛光铝粉爆炸火焰传播规律的研究.结果表明:在爆炸起始阶段,火焰传播速度比较小,但随着传播距离的不断增加,火焰传播速度持续增加,火焰增大速率也逐渐增加;在管道末端前,火焰传播速度超过了100 m/s,最大火焰传播速度达到111 m/s.通过研究为除尘系统爆炸防护提供了解决思路,有助于提高抛光作业场所安全性.
Research on the Explosion Pressure Propagation Law of the Polished Aluminum Dust
In order to study the propagation law of dust explosion in actual working conditions,this paper selects typical polished aluminum dust as the research object,and uses a self-made dust removal system explosion test platform to study the flame propagation law of polished alumi-num dust explosion.The results show that in the initial stage of explosion,the flame propagation speed is relatively low,but with the increase of propagation distance,the flame propagation speed continues to increase,and the flame enlargement rate also gradually increases.Before the end of the pipe,the flame propagation speed exceeds 100m/s,and the maximum flame propagation speed reaches 111m/s.This reseach provides a so-lution for explosion protection in dust removal systems,which helps to improve the safety of polishing workplaces.
