探讨了以光气、十六酯为原料制备氯甲酸十六烷基酯的最优工艺.考察了反应温度、反应溶剂、物料配比、光气用量对产品纯度的影响.结果显示.在20~30 ℃、m(十六醇):m(氯甲酸十六酯)=1∶1、通入1.2~1.4倍(物质的量比)光气的条件下,能够制备出纯度在99%以上、色度在50以下、w(十六醇)小于0.5%的氯甲酸十六酯优等品.基于优化后的生产工艺,探索了影响氯甲酸十六烷基酯色度的因素,并提出了降低色度的操作方法.通过对氯甲酸十六酯的热稳定性、金属离子热稳定性和热分解动力学的研究,进一步提升了生产过程中对安全风险的控制.对长烷烃链的氯甲酸酯类产品的安全工业化生产提供一定的技术支持及指导.
Synthesis of Chloroformate Hexadecyl Ester Process Optimization and Experimental Study on Thermal Stability
In order to explore the optimal process conditions for preparing cetyl chloroformate using phosgene and cetyl ester as raw materials,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction solvent,material ratio,and phosgene dosage on product purity were investigated.The experimental results show that under the conditions of reaction temperature 20℃-30℃,m(cetyl alcohol):m(cetyl chloroformate)=1∶1,and the introduction of 1.2-1.4 equivalents of phosgene,a product with a purity of 99 can be prepared or more,chroma below 50,w(cetyl alcohol)less than 0.5%,high-quality cetyl chloroformate.Based on the optimized production process,the factors affecting the chromaticity of cetyl chloroformate were explored and an operation method to reduce the chromaticity was proposed.Through research on the thermal stability of cetyl chloroformate,metal ion thermal stability and thermal decomposition kinetics,the control of safety risks in the production process has been further improved,and the safe industriali-zation of long alkane chain chloroformate products has been further improved.Provide certain technical support and guidance for production.
