摘要

对白芨花提取物的物细胞毒性、美白、抗氧化和抗衰老功效进行了研究.结果显示,白芨花提取物对B16细胞及成纤维细胞的无细胞毒性,说明该提取物使用安全.在质量浓度0.5 mg/mL时该提取物能抑制B16细胞中酪氨酸酶活性,但不抑制黑色素合成,说明白芨花提取物在一定条件下具有美白效果.白芨花提取物表现出显著的抗氧化性能,其中对自由基清除和铁离子还原能力与维生素C相当.此外,它能促进成纤维细胞中透明质酸的生成,在皮肤中,透明质酸与弹性蛋白、胶原蛋白等形成含有胞外胶质基质,给予皮肤弹性和韧性支持.这些数据表明白芨花提取物具有潜在的美白、抗氧化及促进成纤维细胞中透明质酸的能力.

Abstract

The extract of Bletila flower was obtained by extraction of its components,and its cytotoxicity,whitening,antioxidant,and anti-ag-ing effects were studied.The results showed that the extract of Bletila flower had no cytotoxicity to B16 cells and fibroblasts,indicating its safe use.At a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL,the extract could inhibit the activity of tyrosinase in B16 cells but did not inhibit melanin synthesis,in-dicating its whitening effect under certain conditions.The extract of Bletila flower exhibited significant antioxidant properties,with free radical scavenging and iron ion reduction capabilities comparable to vitamin C.Additionally,it promoted the production of hyaluronic acid in fibro-blasts.In the skin,hyaluronic acid forms extracellular matrix with elastin and collagen,providing elasticity and resilience to the skin.These data suggest that the extract of Bletila flower has the potential to whiten,antioxidant,and promote hyaluronic acid production in fibroblasts.
