蛋白质导电凝胶因其还具有生物相容性和生物活性,是可用于生物医学领域的一种新兴的导电材料.文章以废弃鸡毛为原料通过"一锅法"制备鸡毛角蛋白提取液,与热水法提取的鱼鳞明胶复合制备了一系列FK/FG-G复合导电凝胶.该蛋白凝胶具有优异的机械性能和一定的导电性以及体积响应性,其中,FK/FG-G-5凝胶拉伸强度7.28 MPa、伸长率21.33%的、弹性模量8.98 MPa;电导率为125.69 μS/mm,压缩30%后电导率增加16%,之后再拉伸30%后电导率增加184%,导电性体积响应明显.
Preparation and Conductivity Testing of Chicken Feather Keratin/Fish Scale Gelatin Composite Hydrogel
Protein conductive hydrogels are a new kind of conductive materials which can be used in biomedical field because of their biocompat-ibility and bioactivity.In this paper,a series of FK/FG-G composite conductive hydrogels were prepared using waste chicken feathers as raw material by"one-pot method"to prepare chicken feather keratin extract and fish scale gelatin extracted by hot water method.The protein gel has excellent mechanical properties,certain conductivity and volume responsiveness,among which,the tensile strength of FK/FG-G-5 hy-drogel is 7.28 MPa,the elongation is 21.33%,and the elastic modulus is 8.98 MPa.The conductivity is 125.69 μS/mm,the conductivity in-creases by 16%after compression by 30%,and 184%after stretching by 30%,showing a significant volume response.
